HOW TO USE INSTAGRAM STORIES FOR YOUR BUSINESS

November 26, 2019 by admin
Reading Time: 2 minutes

When you share your day-to-day life with your audience, they start to pick up naturally on who you are and what you stand for. Your audience automatically gets to know about your hustle, and by sharing this with your audience, you can build a real connection amongst yourselves. A suggestion here would be to try to humanize your stories and videos as much as possible.

Instagram Stories (a content format that provides a maximum organic reach) gives business owners daily access to reach and engage with their customers (or their followers). As you know, as a business owner, you need to be more and more connected with your customers. The more disconnected you are from the day-to-day activities of your business and from speaking to your customers, the more disconnected you become from their unspoken needs and desires.

The best way to approach Instagram Stories is to think of it as a tool to share your life. By getting on Instagram Stories every single day, or however often you can, you make a daily connection with your customers and this can help you clarify your message and even discover new verticals for new products or services that you might not have considered before.

Instagram does an excellent job of providing you with different text options, GIFs, polls, questions and other things that you can add on your image. This can make an Instagram story look so much more interesting. The reason that Instagram Stories is exciting that your audience gets to see the behind-the-scenes look, the in-the-moment opportunities, etc.

Keep posting throughout the day, each time that you post on Instagram Stories, you are going to be shot up by Insta’s algorithm and your story is going to be close to the front of all of the stories of the individual’s (or business account’s) profile who follow you, that means that more people are going to see your stories. At the end of the day, just go through and watch your insights on the stories to see what your followers liked and what they didn’t.

Instagram Stories is just an opportunity to attract other people that like who you are. Remember, the objective is to be authentic and real always. You are your business and very quickly you are going to realize that the more and more people who get to know you personally, the more interested they are going to become in your brand.
