Increased command over comments for LinkedIn users

LinkedIn one of the best platform connecting the professionals at one place. Earlier, LinkedIn users did not have command over the comments other users did on the articles or posts. But now, LinkedIn has announced more command over for LinkedIn user. Now, LinkedIn users can change the settings for the long-form article they post on LinkedIn. The users can disable comments on the long-form articles only and not on posts. When the user post long-form article using the desktop website, then can disable comments by clicking on “Disable comments” in the settings section of the long-form article.

The user can allow or disable comments at any time after publishing the article. If the comments already exist before they click disable, then after the disable is activated all the comments will be permanently deleted. Now, the users can also report any comment on the posts or article on the whole platform. The user can report the comment by clicking on the three dots on the comments. This will cause pop-up window and provide options to report the comment.
